chocolate balls

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons oil or coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 cup roughly chopped vegan chocolate
  1. Blend rolled oats for 20 seconds.
  2. Add banana and blend for 15 seconds.
  3. Add coconut flour and blend for 15 seconds.
  4. Cut chocolate into 3-4 mm thin slices.
  5. Add chocolate to mixture.
  6. Place the mixture in the fridge and let it cool for 20 minutes.
  7. Shape the mixture into small balls and place them in paper cups.
  8. Sprinkle with coconut flour or chocolate powder.
