chocolate balls
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup coconut flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons oil or coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 cup roughly chopped vegan chocolate
- Blend rolled oats for 20 seconds.
- Add banana and blend for 15 seconds.
- Add coconut flour and blend for 15 seconds.
- Cut chocolate into 3-4 mm thin slices.
- Add chocolate to mixture.
- Place the mixture in the fridge and let it cool for 20 minutes.
- Shape the mixture into small balls and place them in paper cups.
- Sprinkle with coconut flour or chocolate powder.
